What Moves the Number

Six choices that set the range.

  • Shower size and tile format
  • Tub-to-shower conversion and frameless glass
  • Vanity, countertop and mirror selections
  • Moving plumbing, electrical or walls
  • Fixture and finish level
  • Permit requirements

Financing is available through Hearth (NMLS ID 1628533), which works with a network of lending partners, including 0% APR promotional options for qualified homeowners. Checking your options takes about a minute and uses a soft credit check that does not affect your score. Posada is not a lender; rates and terms are set by the lending partner.

Good Questions

Bathroom questions, answered.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Orlando?

A bathroom refresh typically runs $8,000 to $15,000, a full bathroom remodel $15,000 to $30,000, and a spa-style primary suite with a custom walk-in shower $30,000 to $50,000 and up. Ranges reflect typical Central Florida projects in 2026. Your written proposal is exact: tile, glass, vanity and fixtures are priced line by line, so you know what each choice costs before you decide.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Industry guides put most bathroom remodels at roughly one to four weeks of construction, with primary suites that move plumbing or walls at the longer end. Custom vanities and frameless glass add fabrication lead time, so your schedule is set once your selections are final. We walk through the order of work at your consultation, so you know when the room will be out of service.

Can you convert my tub into a walk-in shower?

Yes. In a tub-to-shower conversion the tub comes out, the new shower is waterproofed and tiled, and frameless glass finishes it. Keeping the drain and plumbing where they are keeps the scope simple. Moving plumbing, electrical or walls adds scope and typically requires a permit. Permits included when your project needs one; we coordinate it through our licensed general contractor partner. Costs and options are in our tub-to-shower conversion guide.

What warranty comes with a new shower?

Every project carries a three-year labor and installation warranty. Shower waterproofing systems, where included, carry three-year, ten-year and lifetime warranties. You receive complete written warranty terms before you sign, and Posada is fully insured.

What does a $10,000 bathroom remodel look like?

$10,000 sits in our refresh and update range, $8,000 to $15,000. That is where most tub-to-shower conversions and small-bathroom updates land, with the plumbing kept where it is. Ranges reflect typical Central Florida projects in 2026. Your written proposal is exact, and tile, glass, vanity and fixtures are each priced as their own line.

Is $5,000 enough to remodel a bathroom?

For a full bathroom remodel, usually not: our refresh and update range starts at $8,000. A smaller scope may fit, and at the complimentary consultation we tell you honestly what your budget covers before any design work begins. Ranges reflect typical Central Florida projects in 2026. Your written proposal is exact.

Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?

Only for some work. Replacing tile, a vanity or fixtures in the same spot usually does not need one, while moving plumbing, electrical or walls does in Orange County, for example. Permits included when your project needs one; we coordinate it through our licensed general contractor partner. Our Florida remodel permit guide covers the details.

Is a bathroom renovation the same as a bathroom remodel?

Loosely, yes. A renovation usually refreshes what is already there, such as tile, vanity, fixtures and lighting, while a remodel can also move plumbing, electrical or walls. Industry guides put most bathroom remodels at roughly one to four weeks of construction, with layout changes at the longer end. We price both the same way: every line itemized in your written proposal.

Do you offer custom bathrooms or standard packages?

Custom. Every bathroom is designed for your room, with renderings before anything is ordered.
