Meet the Owner

Mike Posada, owner & founder.

“Choosing a remodeler is a decision about trust. You are welcoming a team into the heart of your home, and that is something we never take lightly.”

Mike learned the craft working alongside his father, where quality was never optional. After military service and a career in law enforcement, he built Posada on the same discipline: honest numbers, clear communication, and craftsmanship the family is proud to sign its name to.

With more than fourteen years of remodeling experience, Mike personally oversees every kitchen, bathroom and flooring project the studio takes on.

Good Questions

Before you call.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Orlando?

Most Posada kitchens fall into three ranges: a refresh at about $15,000 to $25,000, a full remodel at $25,000 to $50,000, and a luxury kitchen with custom cabinetry at $50,000 to $80,000 and up. Your exact number depends on layout, cabinetry and finishes, which is why you receive an itemized written proposal before any work begins. Ranges reflect typical Central Florida projects in 2026. Your written proposal is exact. The full breakdown is in our 2026 kitchen remodel cost guide.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

A bathroom refresh typically runs $8,000 to $15,000, a full bathroom remodel $15,000 to $30,000, and a spa-style primary suite with a custom walk-in shower $30,000 to $50,000 and up. Tub-to-shower conversions, custom vanities and designer tile are priced line by line in your proposal, so you know what each choice costs before you decide. Ranges reflect typical Central Florida projects in 2026. Your written proposal is exact. See the 2026 bathroom remodel cost guide.

How long will my remodel take?

Industry guides put most bathroom remodels at one to four weeks of construction and a midrange kitchen at roughly four to eight weeks, or eight to twelve weeks or more with layout changes. Custom cabinetry and countertop fabrication add lead time, so your schedule is set once your selections are final. More in our guide to how long a remodel takes.

Do I need a permit, and who handles it?

Only for some work: in Orange County, for example, moving plumbing, electrical or walls needs a permit, while new finished flooring or replacing cabinets and countertops in the same layout does not. When your project needs a permit, it is included: we coordinate it through our licensed general contractor partner, so you do not manage the paperwork or inspections yourself. More in our Florida remodel permit guide.

Can we stay in our home during the remodel?

Most families do. A kitchen or bath is out of service while the work happens, so we walk through what to expect and the order of work at your consultation. Clients regularly note in their reviews that the team was respectful of their home, cleaned up at the end of each day and communicated what was planned next.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available through Hearth (NMLS ID 1628533), which works with a network of lending partners, including 0% APR promotional options for qualified homeowners. Checking your options takes about a minute and uses a soft credit check that does not affect your score. Posada is not a lender; rates and terms are set by the lending partner. See how financing works, or how homeowners finance a kitchen remodel.

How do I choose a kitchen and bath remodeler in Orlando?

Compare written, itemized proposals line by line, so every bid describes the same job. Ask who will be in your home and who your one point of contact is, and ask for complete written warranty terms before you sign. Check insurance and reputation: Posada is fully insured and BBB Accredited with an A rating. Ask how permits are handled. Permits included when your project needs one; we coordinate it through our licensed general contractor partner. Then look at finished work, like the kitchens and bathrooms in our gallery. Our full checklist: questions to ask before hiring a remodeler.
