to follow-up
Every project, step by step.
You will always know what happens next, who is in your home, and what it costs. This is how a Posada remodel works, from the first conversation to the follow-up after your final walkthrough.
A clear plan before anyone touches a wall.
Every Posada remodel follows seven steps: an in-home consultation, a design retainer ($250 per bathroom or $500 per kitchen, credited to your project once the agreement is signed), a line-item proposal, material selections, design and renderings, approval and signing, then scheduling with your project manager. Mike Posada oversees every project and follows up after completion. Each step below ends with something in your hands, and you decide when to take the next one.

Seven steps, one team.
From the first visit to the final walkthrough, the people you meet at the consultation are the people who build your room. Nothing is handed off, and nothing is lost in between.
Typical investment ranges are published on our kitchen and bathroom pages, so you can walk into step one already knowing what projects really cost.

01
In-home consultation
We meet at your home, walk the space and listen to what you want to change. Before we leave, we tell you honestly which budget range your project falls into, so you can decide whether to go further. Complimentary, with evening and weekend appointments available.
-
02
Design retainer
If you would like to move ahead, a design retainer of $250 per bathroom or $500 per kitchen reserves our design time. It is credited to your project once the agreement is signed, so the design work is never an extra cost on top of your remodel.
-
03
Line-item proposal
You receive a written proposal itemized line by line: labor, materials and timeline. Pick the upgrades you want and leave out anything you don’t. Nothing is bundled, and you always know where every dollar goes.
-
04
Select your materials
Cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures and flooring, chosen with our interior design advisor. Visit the Casselberry studio by appointment to see samples in person, including in-stock cabinet collections with a turnaround of one to two weeks.
-
05
Design & renderings
Layout, materials and finishes come together in renderings, so you see your new room before any work begins. Changes are simple at this stage and costly after demolition, which is why we design first.

06
Approve & sign
When the design and the proposal are right, you sign the agreement. The payment schedule is written into it, and you have your complete written warranty terms before you sign. If you plan to spread the investment over time, financing through Hearth is arranged at this stage.

07
Schedule & project manager
Your start date is set and your project manager is introduced. From here you have one point of contact for every question, and Mike oversees the project personally from the first day to the final walkthrough.
“Your home isn’t just another project — it’s a responsibility we take personally.”
