Mike Posada learned the craft working alongside his father. The standard he learned there is the one every Posada project is still held to.

Military service came next, then a career in law enforcement. Posada Remodeling & Design was built on what those years taught him: discipline, accountability and respect for the people you serve.

With more than fourteen years of remodeling experience, Mike personally oversees every kitchen, bathroom and flooring project the studio takes on, from the first in-home consultation to the follow-up after completion.

Layout, materials and finishes are settled with renderings, so you see the finished room before anyone touches a wall. See every step of our process.

A three-year labor and installation warranty on every project, complete written warranty terms before you sign, and a follow-up from Mike after completion.

Mike grew up remodeling beside his dad, who taught him the trade as a kid. He served in the military and in law enforcement before coming home to this craft, and he personally oversees every project, from the first consultation to the follow-up after completion.

In Casselberry, and at your home.

Most first meetings happen where the project is. A complimentary in-home design consultation lets us see the space, listen to your ideas and tell you honestly which budget range your project falls into.

You are also welcome at our design studio in Casselberry, in Seminole County, and West Orlando homeowners can meet us in Winter Garden. We reply within 24 hours, and evening and weekend consultations are available.
