Walk the finished bathroom with Mike.
Mike starts inside the shower: the barn-door glass, the Delta transfer valve, the pitched hexagon floor and the drain that lifts out for service. Then the wood-plank porcelain floor, the vanity with its linen closet and rollout trays, the quartz top and the LED mirror. Three minutes and twelve seconds in the finished room. Tap to play.

A full package, from the waterproofing up.
The shower was rebuilt with new waterproofing, wall tile and floor; the old flooring gave way to a light wood-plank porcelain tile; and the vanity grew into a larger piece with a built-in linen closet. Every item below is one Mike points out on camera.
- Barn-door glass with a hydrophobic coating, so water beads off
- Delta transfer valve: handheld wand, shower head or rain head
- Hexagon floor pitched to a tile-in drain that lifts out for service
- Large-format porcelain walls in a one-third stagger, hex-tile niche
- White shaker vanity with a 24-inch-deep linen closet and rollout trays
- Quartz top, Moen faucet and an LED mirror with a defogger
What Mike points out on camera.
The parts of a bathroom you only notice when they are done wrong, named by the owner who oversaw the build.
A drain you can service
The hexagon floor is pitched all the way to the drain, so water does not pool in the corners or along the edges. The drain has an integrated tile flange: the floor tile sits inside the grate, and the whole grate lifts out for service or maintenance, then drops back in place.
Three ways to shower, one valve
A Delta trim kit with a transfer valve runs the handheld wand, the shower head or the rain head above, in whatever combination you want. Two 4-inch recessed lights put real light inside the shower, and there is a grab bar inside plus one at the entry to help you in and out.
Walls that stay simple
Large-format porcelain tile on every wall, set in a one-third stagger that looks considered and stays easy to clean. The niche is lined with the same hexagon tile as the floor, with mitered corners and clean silicone lines, and the barn-door glass carries a hydrophobic coating so water beads straight off.
A vanity that works harder
A larger white shaker vanity with a triple-stack drawer base, a tilt-out tray at the sink and a 24-inch-deep linen closet with three rollout trays and a shelved cabinet above. Soft-close doors and drawers are standard on every cabinet we install, and so is the silicone mat under the sink that protects the cabinet floor.
