Sanford, the Seminole County seat on Lake Monroe, at the north end of the county, is part of the Seminole County territory we cover from our studio in Casselberry. The people who draw your Sanford kitchen are the people who price it and build it, so the finish you approve on paper is the finish you cook in.
We serve Lake Mary, Longwood, Winter Springs, DeBary and Heathrow from the same studio, and a Sanford kitchen is often planned together with bathroom remodeling in Sanford and flooring so the whole interior reads as one.
- Custom and semi-custom cabinetry, classic overlay and premium inset
- Quartz and granite countertops with full-height backsplashes
- Islands, lighting and layout changes shown in renderings first
- In-stock cabinet collections, 1 to 2 week turnaround
Planning a kitchen in Sanford.
When we sit down in a Sanford kitchen, the conversation starts with one of three things, and the proposal prices each on its own line.
Modernizing an older kitchen
Many Sanford kitchens were built for a different way of living. We improve function, add storage and update finishes first, and move walls only when a rendering shows it is worth it.
Storage and workflow
Pantry pull-outs, drawer dividers, a hidden trash pull-out and under-cabinet lighting: the upgrades homeowners notice first, every day.
Finishes that fit the house
From warm transitional spaces to modern, clean-lined kitchens and timeless traditional layouts, the finish is chosen to fit your Sanford home rather than a trend: door style, counters, backsplash and hood decided together.
Your kitchen, step by step.
You will always know what happens next in your home, who is in it, and what it costs.

Before you call.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Sanford?
Most Posada kitchens fall into three ranges: refresh and update, $15,000 to $25,000; full remodel, $25,000 to $50,000; luxury and open-concept, $50,000 to $80,000 and up. Ranges reflect typical Central Florida projects in 2026. Your written proposal is exact. We tell you which range yours falls into at the consultation.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Industry guides put a midrange kitchen remodel at roughly four to eight weeks of construction, and a full remodel with layout changes at eight to twelve weeks or more. Custom cabinetry adds lead time; in-stock collections turn around in one to two weeks.
Do you help with kitchen design and layout planning?
Yes. We help with layout planning, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring and lighting, with renderings before anything is ordered.
What is included in a kitchen remodel?
Depending on the project: design planning, demolition, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, fixtures, painting and trim work, every line itemized in your proposal.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel in Sanford?
Only for some work. Rules vary by jurisdiction: in Orange County, for example, moving plumbing, electrical or walls needs a permit, while replacing cabinets and countertops in the same layout does not. Inside Sanford city limits, permits go through the City of Sanford Building Division; addresses outside the city limits go through Seminole County. Permits included when your project needs one; we coordinate it through our licensed general contractor partner. Our Florida remodel permit guide covers the details.
