A complimentary in-home consultation
We meet at your home, listen to your ideas, look at the space and tell you honestly which budget range your project falls into.

An itemized proposal
When you are ready to move forward, a design retainer of $250 per bathroom or $500 per kitchen, credited to your project once the agreement is signed, covers your design and renderings. You then receive a line-item proposal: labor, materials and timeline, with the upgrades you want and nothing you do not.
Evening and weekend consultations are available. Choose the best time to reach you in the form, and we will plan the visit around your family.
